To our LBOS Customers,

The past few months have been VERY hectic and confusing. Every day we get more news about COVID-19, and it’s tough to know exactly what to do.

For me, employee safety is my number one priority. We’re taking steps to make sure our team is informed and taken care of.

We also want our customers to get the orders they depend on. Right now, we’re still taking and shipping orders. I’ve always talked about the importance of washing your hands and a clean work environment, and that’s true now more than ever. Providing products/supplies that people need to stay clean and safe is something we take very seriously.

Here is what Lucretia’s Body Oils and Sprays is doing to safely meet demand.

  • We’ve always been a clean workplace, but we have ramped up our efforts by using CDC-recommended bleach water solutions and increasing the frequency of wiping down every surface.
  • We have relieved all staff from working and encouraged them to stay home until further notice to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to practice safe spacing.
  • My husband and I are also personally delivering all orders to USPS and have cancelled our courier service until further notice.
  • Hand washing, given that we all work for a company that sells a lot of body products, has always been a big deal at Lucretia’s Body Oils and Sprays. In accordance with the current CDC recommendations, my husband and I are washing our hands every time we enter our workspace enter the work area, pass a sink, eat, or touch a doorknob.
  • Weeks ago, we halted all travel for all business to keep employees close to home, practicing “social distancing” long before we knew what it was called. We just figured it was common sense.
  • To be extra safe, we’ve canceled delivering of all orders. 
  • Per CDC recommendations, relieved ALL of our staff and encouraged them to stay home. This may mean orders take a little longer to leave our facility, but it’s important for employee safety.
  • We have established a team to monitor all COVID-19 information as it comes out and react accordingly. We are in constant contact with our local health department and monitor the CDC website frequently.

Thank you for your continued support during these confusing times. Know that we are making every effort to get your orders out the door and please be patient with us as we work with a very limited staff; my husband and I.

Thank you so much for shopping with Lucretia’s Body Oils and Sprays. ALL LBOS orders are custom/handmade and processed in the order that they’re received. Orders are shipped 14 days from the date you place the order (this does not include weekends). Your order will go through several STEPS before being shipped and you’ll receive these notifications via your email address. IF you're not receiving emails; PLEASE check your JUNK/SPAM OR make sure that you gave your CORRECT email address. See steps below.


1.     Your order is awaiting fulfillment. This means that we are making sure that everything you ordered is in stock and IF NOT in stock we will issue you a refund. But this step may take some time to change to the SECOND process due to order volume.


2.     Your order is completed. This means that your order has been made and awaiting for the shippers to package/box it up so that we can add postage.
3.  AWAITING SHIPMENT: This means that your order is with our packaging team and due to be shipped soon. Once we print out the postage, you’ll then receive an email for the FINAL STEP of shipped.
4.     FINAL STEP: Your order has shipped. This means that your order has shipped and within a few hours you’ll receive tracking information via USPS.com Priority mail to your email.


5.     Please be mindful of the shipping turn around time is 14 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends) from the date you place your order.


 LBOS POLICIES effective:


1. Due to extremely hot weather, I will only ship my Body Butter, Ooo Suga Scrub, and Whipped n Creamy Sugar Scrub Monday-Friday.  So if your order ship date happens to fall on a weekend, please know that it will not ship until the following USPS operating work day.


2. If you receive your order and it is damaged, PLEASE do not ship back to me, just take a picture of the items(s) that are damaged so that I can make a claim with the Post Office. YOU MUST SHOW ME PROOF via camera/email in order to send you out replacements. NOTE: LBOS is NOT responsible for LOST or MISSING Products during transit!!


3. ALL ORDERS are shipped in 14 BUSINESS (does not include weekends) days via USPS.com and usually on the 14th day from the date you placed the order. Tracking numbers are automatically sent via Paypal to the email account that you entered in Paypal. PLEASE make sure that the mailing address that you enter on our website MATCHES what is in Paypal. We print out postage from the PAYPAL and both MUST MATCH. WE are not responsible for incorrect addresses.


4. If you need to contact me about an order, PLEASE send an email to lawoilsandsprays@aol.com and make sure to include your 5 digit invoice number and FULL NAME so that I can better assist you.

Payment Method:

I accept secure payments via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, simply use your credit or debit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) to make your purchase. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received. Money orders are accepted but you must have Pre-approval FIRST from me. Your order will not be processed until the money order is received and cleared.  Money orders will include the amount of the order PLUS the appropriate shipping and handling fee. *****NO CHECKS PLEASE!!!****

Steps for paying through Paypal:
1. Place your order on my website www.lawbodyoilsandsprays.com .

2. Once you are done ordering, click on PAY NOW! This will direct you to the Paypal website to put in your credit card information.
3. Once you are on Paypal's website, go down to the very bottom on the RIGHT SIDE of the screen where it states, "Don't have to have account" This is where you pay as a Paypal Guest.                                                                     

4. Then click on Don't have to have account. This will then take you to enter in your credit card information.
5. Then just follow the prompts.
6. Once your order is paid for through Paypal you will receive an email confirmation from Paypal. If you don't receive a confirmation from Paypal you did something incorrect and your order will NOT be processed for shipping.


All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ONLY PRIORITY Standard rates apply. Please allow up to TWO weeks to receive your order. USPS Standard Rates apply as follows: (See below)

NOTE: Tracking numbers are sent to you via email from me when your ordered has been shipped. Please make use of that tracking number with www.usps.com to follow up on the whereabouts of your package before contacting me. If you live in an apartment, condo, or a single style residence, and you were NOT home at the time the package was delivered, please check with your landlord or neighbors about the package that was ATTEMPTED to be delivered to you before contacting me. Also, if your package/order was marked as 'undeliverable' by the United States Postal Service, and a note was left on your door, PLEASE contact your local Post Office before contacting me. If you were not home at the time your order was delivered, USPS will leave a note on the door for you to call and make arrangements to either pick up your order or to have it redelivered. If your order is NOT claimed within 15 days from the time it was delivered, USPS will return your order back to me.  If it is returned back to me you will have to PAY to have it RESHIPPED to you.




International/APO/FPO Orders:
**I DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.** However, international/APO/FPO orders are shipped FIRST CLASS ONLY, but rates above STILL APPLY.  I ship ALL orders out in 2 weeks (not including holidays or weekends). With International orders there may be some delay due to International Customs. If however you have not received your order in a timely manner, please contact me via email at www.lawoilsandsprays@aol.com
and I will give you a Customs tracking number and a 1-800 number to contact customs on the status of your package/order.


Effective 12/16/09, International/APO/FPO customers will pay the standard shipping rate on my website once you place your order. When I take your order to the Post Office, and if your postage ends up COSTING MORE than what you paid on my website, I will bill you separately via Paypal invoice for the DIFFERENCE of the additional shipping charges. This amount will be the EXACT amount of what USPS.com (FIRST CLASS) is charging to ship to your country. Once you have paid the shipping Paypal invoice, I will then ship your order to you. I am sorry for this inconvenience, but I have been paying the difference in cost for ALL international shipping for a long time and I can no longer do this. Thanks for understanding!


Exchange Policy:
Replacement/Damaged Merchandise:
- Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 7 days of receipt.


- Replacement(s) will be made 'in kind' for the original item.


-Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.               


- There is NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. So please make sure that the fragrance that you select is the fragrance that you want.


-There is NO EXCHANGING of BODY BUTTER. So please make sure that the fragrance that you select is the fragrance you want.


- I require that you email me lawoilsandsprays@aol.com for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement. Also, if the item is too damaged to send back to me, please send a picture via email. I will need this to put in my records and to also make a claim with USPS.

Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy of either your invoice (that you printed from my web page) or a copy of the order confirmation I emailed to you.

If however you are NOT COMPLETELYsatisfied with your online purchase for ANY reason, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. The returned item(s) should be in its unused and original condition. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded.
